Kristin also understands how challenging it can be to change habits and the ways we eat, "The issues people have around eating very often have little to do with food. My job is to help you become aware of the connection between the foods you eat and how you feel." Whether it's losing weight, improving blood sugars, or integrating more healthful choices into your daily life, Kristin is a firm believer that small changes can make a big difference!
Kristin went to graduate school at Bastyr University, internationally recognized as a leader in natural and alternative medicine. After earning her Masters degree in Nutrition Science, Kristin went on to become a Registered Dietician after a year of clinical training at the VA Medical Center and University Hospital in Cleveland.
